Alan Mallory
 
Reaching New Heights
 
Alan is an international speaker, author and performance coach who is passionate about leadership and reaching new heights in all that we do! His unique philosophy of life revolves around empowering people and embracing an agile mentality focused on goals and results. By understanding what drives and motivates us, we are able to cultivate more innovative and effective ways of thinking and taking action.
 
Alan holds a degree in engineering from Queen’s University and a masters in psychology from Adler University, giving him a well-balanced approach to the outer and inner challenges we all face. Alan has worked internationally with large organizations as a professional engineer and project manager developing patents and solutions to complex challenges in the mining and metals industry. Living and working abroad has given him the opportunity to deepen his understanding of individual and team challenges, better appreciate cultural diversity and successfully adapt to different organizational structures.

Building experience through a lifestyle of adventure and challenge, in the spring of 2008 Alan embarked on the journey of a lifetime and set a world record on Mount Everest along with three members of his immediate family. It was a two-month expedition through some of the most exciting yet terrifying conditions imaginable and their success demanded an unwavering perseverance and resilience in the face of adversity. Alan delivers a number of exciting presentations and training programs designed to help individuals, team members and organizations reach new heights in the way we think and the actions we take in order to achieve breakthrough performance.
 
Red Steagall
 
Polio Survivor
 
The entertainment career of Red Steagall has covered a period of over 45 years and has spanned the globe from Australia to the Middle East, to South America and to the Far East.  He has performed for heads of state including a special party for President Reagan at the White House in l983, plus three overseas tours to the Middle East, the Far East, Europe, Australia, and South America. As a native Texan, Red Steagall enjoyed a career in Agricultural Chemistry after graduating from West Texas A&M University with a degree in Animal Science and Agronomy.  He then spent eight years as a music industry executive in Hollywood, California and has spent the last thirty-seven years as a recording artist, songwriter, and television and motion picture personality.  He currently ranches outside of Fort Worth, Texas where in addition to his entertainment activities; he is involved in numerous horse related activities.
 
Although Red Steagall is best known for his wonderful Texas Swing dance music and such songs as "Here We Go Again", "Party Dolls and Wine", "Freckles Brown", and "Lone Star Beer and Bob Wills Music", he also is beloved by Texas cowboys for the quiet times they have spent with him around chuck wagon campfires.  In their opinion, the public has never heard Red Steagall’s best music.  And, if you ask Red where his favorite place to play music is, he might say The White House, some famous stage in Nashville, California, Spain, or Germany - or he might say at some lonesome cow camp in West Texas.

Songwriter – Steagall has had over 200 of his compositions recorded both by him and other artists.

Recording Artist - He has recorded 26 consecutive singles that tracked on the national charts and released a total of twenty two albums. Red’s 24th album, CLASSIC RED STEAGALL was released in September, 2014.
 
Dr. Katariina Rosenblatt, BA, LLM, PhD
 
Women Empowerment
 
Katariina has a personal testimony of overcoming human trafficking and abuse from the time she was just 13 years of age to 17. She is an  author, consultant, trainer and public speaker. She is  the founder and board member of There Is HOPE For Me, Inc. (2011). She created a nonprofit from survivors to survivors™ of human trafficking providing peer mentoring, rescue and restoration, operating in Florida and California. She has over ten-years of experience empowering survivors of sex & labor trafficking and domestic violence. She has created survivor empowerment workshops and led support groups for adults and minor survivors of sex and labor trafficking. She is an international trainer and speaker. She has developed a human trafficking wheel and assessment tool identifying trafficking within schools. She has created a survivor leadership life coaching program. Dr. Kat has written two books on human trafficking: Her memoirs entitled Stolen: The True Story of a Sex Trafficking Survivor (Baker Publishing) and Trafficking in America: The Most Undetected Human Rights Violation of Our Time (Lambert Publishing). Dr. Kat has been featured in the Vatican News in 2021 as well as several other articles and news stories world-wide. Research conducted in collaboration with the Thorn Foundation on their 2015 & 2018 studies.
 
Dr. Kat testified before the Florida legislature on survivor leadership and mentoring. Appointed to the Ad Hoc Committee on Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking (2010). Former professor, Trinity International University. Consultant for HHS, Train the Trainer, SOAR (2015-2017). Consultant for HSI on Blue Campaign and FLETC training (2016-2018). Consultant for DOJ/OVC (2016-2021) Attended Annual Survivor Forum - DOJ (2016). She has testified on Capitol Hill in DC (2016). Former DOJ Survivor Fellow (2018). She aided in international legislation to the European Parliament on the effects of pornography and human trafficking (2019). Peer reviewer for OJJP on human trafficking (2017-2021).

Jennifer is the Founder and President of Media Street Productions Inc., a twenty-five-year old, award-winning media company in Windsor, Ontario. She is a proud member of the Rotary Club of Windsor-Roseland.

Her talents have strengthened Rotary reach and impact, through many roles including as Trustee of the Rotary Foundation, RI Vice President, and co-chair of the End Polio Now: Make History Today campaign, raising funds alongside Bill and Melinda Gates and their Foundation.
Jennifer is a leader in cultivating “experiential fundraising” opportunities such as Rotary’s Polio Golf Day with Jack Nicklaus in Jupiter, Florida, USA, which raised over $5.25 million for polio eradication in one day. Or, the innovative, virtual COVID-19 #RotaryResponds event that raised money for COVID-19 relief projects and showcased Rotary’s response across the globe.

Working alongside political figures, celebrities and global leaders, she uses her voice to raise awareness and hundreds of millions of dollars to eradicate disease, support peace and provide clean water and sanitation in developing areas of the world. Her skill as an expert storyteller inspires hope and promise and motivates people to take action.

She has received many honours and recognitions including Rotary’s Service above Self Award and the Citation for Meritorious Service, the YMCA Peace Medallion, the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal, and Wayne State University’s Peacemaker of the Year Award – a first for a Canadian.

Jennifer is married to Rotarian Nick Krayacich, a local family physician. They share a love for many things including travel, cycling, golf and relaxing at their family cottage; and they share a thirst for adventure, which has included cresting the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa.
 
Richard D. King

Richard D. King is a past president of Rotary International, and the senior partner in the California law firm King, King & King. He earned undergraduate and law degrees from the University of California at Berkeley where he is a member of the California Club and the Order of the Golden Bear. He taught law at Brigham Young University. He is a distinguished military graduate of the University of California and served as captain in the U.S. Military Intelligence. He received an Honorary Doctorate in Law from Hanyang University, Seoul, Korea.
 
A trial lawyer, Mr. King belongs to several legal associations including the American Association of Trial Lawyers. He is admitted to practice in both Utah and California and before the Supreme Court of the U.S. He served on the board of directors of the Eden Hospital Foundation, the Woodminster Performing Arts, and Oakland Ballet. He is a trustee of the City of Hope, and received the City of Hope “Spirit of Life” Award.
 
He is an elder and officer of the Mormon Church and an active fund-raiser for the Boy Scouts of America. He holds the Chevalier Degree, the Legion of Honor and is a member of the Hall of Fame of the Order of DeMolay. He is a recipient of the Distinguished Citizen Award from the United Portuguese of California and is a recipient of the Distinguished Public Service Award from the Brigham Young University Management Society. He has been honored by some 50 associations, by the President of the U.S., and by many countries across the globe for his community and charitable service. He served as the Executive Director of The Wheelchair Foundation.
 
A Rotarian since 1968, he is a member of the Rotary Club of Niles-Fremont, California USA. He has served as a trustee of The Rotary Foundation, director and as chairman of the executive committee of Rotary International’s board of directors. Mr. King has received the Rotary Citation for Meritorious Service and the Distinguished Service Award for his support of humanitarian and educational programs of the Rotary Foundation. He is a recipient of the PolioPlus Pioneer Award.
 
One of Rotary’s most popular speakers, Mr. King has addressed Rotary International Conventions, Assemblies, Institutes, Seminars, Conferences and Rotary Clubs in every state in the USA and some 100 countries.
 
Mr. King is married to Cherie Kay King. They have two grown sons and reside in the Mission San Jose area.
