Todd Jenkins
Dr. “Bowtie” Todd Jenkins currently serves as the Senior Diversity, Inclusion, and Innovation Leader in Corporate America at a Fortune 400 company and as a Global Inclusion Trainer, Strategist, and Consultant with Bowtie Leadership, Inc. As a consultant, he has worked with several companies such as Walmart, Google, Facebook, American Airlines, Deloitte, etc., oil and gas companies, small and large non-profits, and entrepreneurs. He graduated with honors from the University of South Carolina with two degrees, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology, obtained a Master of Science from Illinois State University, and Doctorate from the University of Arkansas. His research area focused on minority professionals; retention and perception of their supervisor within the workplace. Currently, he is enrolled at Harvard University, completing post-doctorate studies as Harvard Fellow.
Dr. Jenkins is a proud Rotarian and Paul Harris Fellow from the Rotary Club of Fayetteville, Arkansas; he has served as the former Rotaract Advisor, Interact Sponsor, RYLA presenter, Youth Services Chair, two terms on Club Board of Directors, and graduated from his District and Zone Leadership Academy. Dr. Jenkins is currently one of the youngest Youth Exchange District Chairs in Rotary International. He has had the honor to speak at various Rotary districts, zones, and international conventions. Dr. Jenkins continues to serve on various boards locally and internationally in education, business, and inclusion initiatives.
Today he is known as Dr. "Bowtie Todd" who has given inspirational talks and education to audiences of all sizes and backgrounds throughout North America, Asia, South America, and Europe. Stephanie UrchickRotary International
Stephanie is Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Doctors At Work LLC, a consulting and training company aimed at assisting organizations and individuals with leadership development, communication, customer service and business development. Additionally, she writes a community service column for a local magazine serving the Canonsburg, PA area.
She has been named Rotarian of the Year by both her Rotary District and her Rotary club, and has received the Distinguished Service Award from The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International. In September of 2016, Stephanie appeared in the publication “Women in Business” that highlighted women from a 23-county area of Pennsylvania who are making a difference.
A Rotarian since 1991, Stephanie is a member of the Rotary Club of McMurray, PA and has served Rotary as a Foundation Trustee, Chair of TRF’s Centennial Celebration Committee and the Rotary Strategic Planning Committee, member of the Atlanta RI Convention Committee, District Governor, Regional Foundation Coordinator, International Training Leader, President’s Representative, district delegate to two Councils on Legislation, and as a member of various RI Committees and in various club and district Foundation roles. She is a Major Donor and a member of the Bequest Society of the Rotary Foundation.
Stephanie has participated in a variety of international service projects, including National Immunization Days (polio prevention) in India and Nigeria, the building of an elementary school in Vietnam, water filter installation in the Dominican Republic, and mentoring new Rotarians in the Ukraine.

Brennan Poole is an American professional stock car racing driver. He currently competes full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, driving the No. 15 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 1LE for Premium Motorsports and part-time in the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series, driving the No. 30 Toyota Tundras for On Point Motorsports. He has formerly competed for Venturini Motorsports and Chip Ganassi Racing. Raised outside of Houston, Texas, Poole was born in Sacramento, California, living there until the age of seven. He is known for his Surfer-like appearance and persona including his long hair. Poole earned the nickname "The Bull" early in his career, after charging from the rear of the field to earn several victories.
Rotary International President ElectShekhar Mehta
Shekhar Mehta is only the 4th Indian in 115 years to be nominated as the President of Rotary International for the year 2021-22. Shekhar Mehta was born in 1959 in Kolkata India. A keen academician, he graduated from St.Xavier’s College, and has the unique combination of Masters in Commerce, a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary.
He heads the Skyline Group engaged in Real Estate Development in different parts of India, including the largest group housing in the state of Rajasthan.
He is member of many professional, cultural and charitable organizations. He is a serving trustee of Shelter Box (UK) and Operation Eyesight India, a Canada based organization.
Shekhar Mehta joined Rotary in 1985 and has been Chairman of Strategic Planning Committee of Rotary International, Rotary India Literacy Mission. Rotary Foundation India, Rotary India Centennial Celebrations, and Rotary India Humanity Foundation. He served as District Governor in 1999-2000 and was elevated to the Board of Directors of Rotary International for 2011-2013. While serving as Rotary International Director, he helped Rotary add 2 countries to its fold – Bhutan & Maldives.

His motivation skills are par excellence which has helped raise millions of dollars for The Rotary Foundation. He will serve as the world leader of 1.2 million Rotarians in 200 countries and geographical areas in the year 2021-2022.
Texas is very close his heart as the annual convention of Rotary International in the year 2022 when he would be serving as Rotary International President is scheduled to be held at Houston.
Shekhar Mehta is married to Rashi Mehta. She is a social worker and is a stage artist having performed in socially relevant plays across India.

Retired Pastor, Boston Avenue United Methodist Church, Tulsa, Oklahoma
The Rev. Dr. Mouzon Biggs, Jr. has been Senior Minister at Boston Avenue United Methodist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, since September 1980. A graduate of Centenary College in Louisiana, he earned the Master of Theology degree from Perkins School of Theology in 1965. Biggs subsequently was awarded two honorary degrees: a Doctor of Divinity from Texas Wesleyan University; and a Doctor of Humane Letters from Oklahoma City University. The Dr. Mouzon Biggs, Jr. Endowed Scholarship Fund was established at SMU in 1975 by Mr. and Mrs. Morris Cloninger of Beaumont, Texas. In 2008, the Mouzon Biggs, Jr. Chair of United Methodist Studies was established at Phillips Theological Seminary in Tulsa.
In Biggs’ 33 years at Boston Avenue UMC, the church has received more than 8,500 new members, with endowments growing from $200,000 to more than $26 million. The 11 a.m. worship service, broadcast live on Tulsa’s Channel 8, is the most highly-watched program in its time slot.
Biggs has addressed churches, colleges, conventions, and Chambers of Commerce across a 30-state area and has traveled in 41 countries. He is author of “Moments to Hold Close,” and co-author of the best-selling book “When you Graduate” with Dr. Charles Allen of Houston.
In addition to his responsibilities at the Boston Avenue Church, Biggs’ interfaith and interracial work have resulted in numerous awards and honors, including the Tulsa Interfaith Award; National Conference of Community and Justice Award; Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., “Keeping the Dream Alive Award”; the Tulsa Jewish Community’s “Righteous Gentile” Award; and Tulsa Rotary’s “Spirit of Will Rogers Award.” He is past president of the Oklahoma Center for Community and Justice and past president of Tulsa’s Downtown Rotary Club.
His service to Perkins School of Theology and SMU includes mentoring 20 Perkins students in one-year internships and representing Perkins School of Theology and the Oklahoma Annual Conference on SMU’s “Time to Lead” Capital Campaign Executive Steering Committee for five years. Additionally, Biggs has been elected by the Oklahoma Annual Conference to serve The United Methodist Church as a delegate to General Conference and Jurisdictional Conference every four years for 28 years.

Knaack is the CEO of Knaack KG, a real estate company. He was previously a partner and general manager of Knaack Enterprises, a 125-year-old family business.
He is a founding member of the Civic Foundation of the City of Ratzeburg and served as president of the Golf-Club Gut Grambek. Knaack is also the founder and chair of the Karl Adam Foundation.
A Rotary member since 1992, Knaack has served Rotary as treasurer, director, moderator, member and chair of several committees, representative for the Council on Legislation, zone coordinator, training leader, and district governor.

David Postic represents and counsels clients in a broad range of business and real estate transactions, estate planning and probate matters, and general civil litigation. His litigation practice is primarily focused on estate administration, including will contests, trust disputes, and other probate issues.
In 2013, David graduated magna cum laude with a B.B.A. from the University of Oklahoma, where he won the Letzeiser Honor Award, was selected as Big Man on Campus, and was crowned the first-ever "Mr. OU." In 2016, he graduated with honors (top 10%) with a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
David is a member of the Oklahoma City Midtown Rotary Club and is involved with Rotary at the national and international levels. He also dedicates his time to the Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence, where he serves on the Academic All-State Banquet Committee and is Chair of the Alumni Scholarship Fund. A certified public accountant, Larry is SVP/CFO of Bernstein-Rein Advertising, Inc. in Kansas City, Missouri. Larry and his wife Jill have two children, Trent and Cara. He enjoys blue and yellow M&Ms, all sports, travel, and collecting sports memorabilia, and waits patiently for the day when the Kansas City Chiefs will win the Super Bowl.
Larry’s passion for Rotary and his invitation into the family of Rotary began during his college years when in 1982 he was selected as a Rotary Foundation Ambassadorial Scholar to Australia. Larry joined Rotary in 1991, served as President of the Rotary Club of Kansas City-Plaza, Missouri in 1997-98, served as District Governor of Missouri D6040 in 2001-02, and served as Rotary International Director in 2013-15. He continues to serve in numerous roles, and as a speaker, at the district, zone, and international levels in Rotary. In 2017, he chaired his district’s TRF Centennial Legacy Committee (Million Dollar Dinner Committee)
Larry and his wife Jill are serving as Aides to RI President Mark Daniel Maloney, and his wife Gay, for the 2019-2020 Rotary year. Larry will also serve for the next three years on the Rotary Peace Centers Committee of the Rotary Foundation.
As District Governor, Larry helped lead the “Missouri Rotarians for New York” statewide service project that raised over $100,000 in 2001 for those affected by the events of 9/11. For the past 18 years, Larry has served as the Shoes Cheerleader for his District resulting in efforts which have collected nearly 340,000 pairs of new shoes through the Shoes for Orphan Souls project. The Shoes project has taken him to Russia, Guatemala and the Dominican Republic to deliver new shoes to orphan children in those countries.
Larry is a Major Donor, a Benefactor, a Charter Member of the Bequest Society and the D6040 Paul Harris Society, and has been awarded the Rotary Foundation Citation for Meritorious Service and the RI Service Above Self Award.

He taught law at Brigham Young University. He is a distinguished military graduate of the University of California and served as captain in the U.S. Military Intelligence. He received an Honorary Doctorate in Law from Hanyang University, Seoul, Korea.
A trial lawyer, Mr. King belongs to several legal associations including the American Association of Trial Lawyers. He is admitted to practice in both Utah and California and before the Supreme Court of the U.S. He served on the board of directors of the Eden Hospital Foundation, the Woodminster Performing Arts, and Oakland Ballet. He is a trustee of the City of Hope, and received the City of Hope “Spirit of Life” Award. He has been knighted by the Republic of Italy and is a holder of the Great Official Order of Merit. He is an elder and officer of the Mormon Church and an active fund-raiser for the Boy Scouts of America. He holds the Chevalier Degree, the Legion of Honor and is a member of the Hall of Fame of the Order of DeMolay. He is a recipient of the Distinguished Citizen Award from the United Portuguese of California and is a recipient of the Distinguished Public Service Award from the Brigham Young University Management Society. He has been honored by some 50 associations, by the President of the U.S., and by many countries across the globe for his community and charitable service. He served as the Executive Director of The Wheelchair Foundation.

Maloney is a principal in the law firm of Blackburn, Maloney, and Schuppert LLC, with a focus on taxation, estate planning, and agricultural law. He represents large farming operations in the Southeastern and Midwestern United States, and has chaired the American Bar Association’s Committee on Agriculture in the section of taxation. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Alabama State Bar Association, and the Alabama Law Institute.
He has been active in Decatur’s religious community, chairing his church’s finance council and a local Catholic school board. He has also served as president of the Community Foundation of Greater Decatur, chair of Morgan County Meals on Wheels, and director of the United Way of Morgan County and the Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce.

A Rotarian since 1980, Maloney has served as an RI director; Foundation trustee and vice chair; and aide to 2003-04 RI President Jonathan Majiyagbe. President of Rotary International, 2018-2019
Barry Rassin earned an MBA in health and hospital administration from the University of Florida, and is the first fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives in the Bahamas. He recently retired after 37 years as president of Doctors Hospital Health System and continues as an adviser. He is a lifetime member of the American Hospital Association and has served on several boards, including the Quality Council of the Bahamas, Health Education Council, and Employer’s Confederation.
A Rotarian since 1980, Rassin has served Rotary as director and is vice chair of The Rotary Foundation Board of Trustees. He was an RI training leader and the aide to 2015-16 RI President K.R. Ravindran. Rassin received Rotary’s highest honor, the Service Above Self Award, as well as other humanitarian awards for his work leading Rotary’s relief efforts in Haiti after the 2010 earthquake there. He and his wife, Esther, are Major Donors and Benefactors of The Rotary Foundation.

The Rev. Dr. Mouzon Biggs, Jr. has been Senior Minister at Boston Avenue United Methodist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, since September 1980. A graduate of Centenary College in Louisiana, he earned the Master of Theology degree from Perkins School of Theology in 1965. Biggs subsequently was awarded two honorary degrees: a Doctor of Divinity from Texas Wesleyan University; and a Doctor of Humane Letters from Oklahoma City University. The Dr. Mouzon Biggs, Jr. Endowed Scholarship Fund was established at SMU in 1975 by Mr. and Mrs. Morris Cloninger of Beaumont, Texas. In 2008, the Mouzon Biggs, Jr. Chair of United Methodist Studies was established at Phillips Theological Seminary in Tulsa.
In Biggs’ 33 years at Boston Avenue UMC, the church has received more than 8,500 new members, with endowments growing from $200,000 to more than $26 million. The 11 a.m. worship service, broadcast live on Tulsa’s Channel 8, is the most highly-watched program in its time slot.
Biggs has addressed churches, colleges, conventions, and Chambers of Commerce across a 30-state area and has traveled in 41 countries. He is author of “Moments to Hold Close,” and co-author of the best-selling book “When you Graduate” with Dr. Charles Allen of Houston.
In addition to his responsibilities at the Boston Avenue Church, Biggs’ interfaith and interracial work have resulted in numerous awards and honors, including the Tulsa Interfaith Award; National Conference of Community and Justice Award; Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., “Keeping the Dream Alive Award”; the Tulsa Jewish Community’s “Righteous Gentile” Award; and Tulsa Rotary’s “Spirit of Will Rogers Award.” He is past president of the Oklahoma Center for Community and Justice and past president of Tulsa’s Downtown Rotary Club.

Jennifer is the President and CEO of Media Street Productions Inc., an award winning television production company in Windsor, ON. She is proud member of the Rotary Club of Windsor-Roseland and is a Past District Governor of

In Rotary, she has served as the Chair of the Strengthening Rotary’s Advisory Group, Moderator of the 2013 RC/RPIC Institute, Vice Chair of the RI Communication Committee, North American RPIC Coordinator, the Advisory Board for Rotary Canada and the RI Promotions Committee’s for Lisbon and New Orleans. She served three terms as Seminar Leader at the International Assembly and has been a featured speaker at this event on four occasions.
One of Rotary International’s most recognized communicators, Jennifer has presented keynote addresses and training workshops at more than 100 conferences across North America and most recently in St Petersburg – Russia, Panama City, Bangkok, Lisbon, Finland, India, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, Australia and Germany.

Greg is a C.P.A. (Certified Public Accountant) and a P.F.S. (Personal Financial Specialist) having operated his own practice since June 1979. During his professional tenure, he has written four professional continuing education courses and has been a keynote speaker at five national conferences. Greg has taught many courses as a guest professor at Arizona State University in the Master of Taxation program and has made presentations to over 20,000 Certified Public Accountants and Chartered Accountants from the United States and foreign countries. He was also the President and owner of a very large metal fabrication firm for the telecommunication industry and an international healthcare software development firm.
Greg became a Rotarian in May 1982 and is a member of the Evergreen Rotary Club. He is currently serving a six-year term as a member of the Rotary International Investment Committee and a three-year term as the Regional Rotary Foundation Coordinator for Zone 27. He served a three-year term as a member of the Rotary International Finance Committee and as a Regional Rotary International Membership Coordinator where he chaired the Rotary International Presidential Membership Conference in Phoenix, Arizona – January 2009. Greg also chaired the Zone 21b & 27 Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico – September 2010. He has also served as a Rotary International Training Leader at the International Assembly in San Diego – January 2010 and 2011 (where Pam and Greg served as the Hospitality Host) and as a Rotary Foundation Future Vision Training Leader – January 2013. Greg and Pam also served as the Assistant Chief Sergeant at Arms at the International Assembly – January 2012.
Greg has also served as a Rotary Foundation Major Gifts Advisor where he established his District’s Million Dollar Dinner raising over $3,100,000 for the Rotary Foundation in one night. He was the Group Study Exchange Leader to District 3790 – Philippines in February 2006. Greg has served as the President’s Representative for Rotary International for many years and was his District’s representative to the Rotary International Council on Legislation – 2007. Greg is an International Rotary Leadership Institute Vice-Chair of America West and established the “Rocky Mountain Division” and the “Lone Star Division” training seminar for all Rotarians in the western part of the United States.
Greg is the recipient of the “Service Above Self Award” and The Rotary Foundation Citation for Meritorious Service Award. Greg and his wife Pam have been married for 38 years, and have three beautiful children; Kyle, Melanie and Bryan and three very special grandchildren; Carter, Madison and Payton. First female president of a Rotary club, Rotary Club of Duarte
Sylvia Whitlock was born in New York City but was educated, through high school, in Kingston, Jamaica. After returning to New York City she earned a B.A. in Psychology from Hunter College. Sylvia worked for the United Nations, as a Statistical Clerk, at the Secretariat Building in New York, before moving to California to start a career in Education. In California she went on to earn a Masters Degree, cum laude, in Education from Cal Poly, Pomona, and a Ph.D., cum laude, in Education, from Claremont Graduate School. Subsequently, she earned another Masters Degree, in Marriage and Family Therapy, from Azusa Pacific University, and began a second career as a therapist. She is licensed by the Board of Behavioral Sciences in California.
In 1982, while an Elementary School Principal in Duarte, CA., she was invited to join the history-making Ex-Rotary Club of Duarte. Sylvia became President of that club in 1987, the year the United States Supreme Court ruled that the club be reinstated, thus making her the first woman in the Rotary World to head a club as President. She has served as President twice, Secretary, Treasurer, and Foundation Representative. At district level, she chaired the Four Way Test Speech committee for six years, the Ambassadorial Scholarship Committee for six years, receiving a Service Award from DG Don Aikin, and Simplified Grants for two years. She has been an assistant governor, presenter in Governors Institutes, and speaker in Rotary Clubs conventions and meetings, here and overseas, including South Africa, Jamaica, Washington and Texas.
Sylvia considers Rotary to be the best vehicle she knows for humanitarian ventures in service to mankind. Some favorite club projects, while in Duarte, have included sinking water wells in Nigeria, setting up an AIDS Center in Jamaica and supporting an orphanage in Mexico. She continues to be inspired by the many Rotarians who have taken the organization to the edge of tomorrow and is committed to using the opportunity she has been given to further the cause of Rotary, in her community, in her country, and in the world.
Sylvia is a multiple Paul Harris Fellow and benefactor. She has three adult children - Meredith - a Paul Harris Fellow, BG is a deputy county counsel in San Mateo County, and Arlan. She considers raising her children the most satisfying and enjoyable job she has ever had.

Ian is a member of the Rotary Club of Sandringham, Victoria Australia. He is a practicing chartered accountant and principal of Ian Riseley and Co. Riseley received an Australian government’s Peacebuilder award in 2002 in recognition of his work in East Timor. He also received the Order of Australia medal in 2006 for services to the Australian community. A Rotarian since 1978, Riseley has served RI as treasurer, director, task force member, RI Board Executive Committee member, committee member and vice chair, and district governor. Riseley is a former member of the Australian Polio Eradication Private Sector Campaign and a recipient of The Rotary Foundation’s Regional Service Award for a Polio-Free World. He and his wife, Juliet, are Major Donors and Bequest Society members of The Rotary Foundation.
Juliet Risely became a Rotarian in 1995 as the Charter President of the Rotary Club of Hampton, although her association with Rotary started much earlier as a host mum to a number of Exchange Students and as editor of OZlines the District’s YE newsletter. She has held many positions in the club including Club Secretary for a number of years, International and Foundation Director, eNews and web blog editor and club Treasurer. She has served the District on a number of New Generations, Vocational and Marketing Committees, was District webmaster from 2002–2005 and has served as a District Governor’s Representative 1996-97 and as a District Governor’s Special Representative in 2003-04. (Juliet was also a District Governor of District 9810 in 2011-2012. This is the first time that a PDG will be the spouse of a sitting RI President.)
As a passionate advocate of ‘Literacy for all’ Juliet co-ordinated Literacy Resources for the District in 2006-09. Juliet admits that her professional life as a Librarian was a true delight as it brought together 3 of her favourite things: people, beautiful books and information. With a Master’s degree in Information Management, Juliet has directed, developed and consulted to library and information services across the Corporate, Research and Educational sectors. She has lectured at tertiary level and currently works as an Information Consultant through Riseley Consulting and as a director of the family business Peninsula Organics.
Juliet is married to Ian, a Past Rotary International Director and Treasurer. They are both multiple Paul Harris Fellows, members of the Paul Harris and Bequest Societies and joint Major Donors. Ian and Juliet have 2 children, and 3 grandchildren. When not writing and illustrating small books for the smaller members of her family; Juliet is a gardener and actively involved in local environmental groups. Ian and Juliet live on 7 hectares at Moorooduc where they practise their personal philosophy of sustainable and organic living.
