Jack Gary Alspaugh

Jack Gary Alspaugh is the District Governor Elect for Rotary District 5930 and a dedicated member of the Rotary Club of Corpus Christi Evening. Since becoming a Rotarian in 2014, Jack has exemplified the spirit of "Service Above Self" through both club and district leadership. He served as club president from 2019 to 2020 and currently supports his club as Foundation Chair and Interim Treasurer.
At the district level, Jack has held several key roles, including Risk Management Officer (2017-2020), Lieutenant Governor of Community Service (2020-2022; 2023-2025), and Lieutenant Governor of Administration (2022-2023). He is also a graduate of the Rotary Leadership Institute and proudly serves as a current faculty member.
A Paul Harris Fellow +9, Bequest Society member, Foundation Benefactor, and Major Donor (Level 1, 2024), Jack has consistently championed the Rotary Foundation's mission of doing good in the
world.
Professionally, Jack is the founder and principal of the Gary Insurance Group Agency, established in 2000. His entrepreneurial journey began in 1982 and reflects a deep commitment to client trust, innovation, and service. A 1974 graduate of the University of Alabama, Jack blends business acumen with a lifelong dedication to community impact.
Jack and his wife of 43 years, Judy, moved to Corpus Christi in the spring of 2014, where they enjoy life along the coast with their two beloved fur babies. Jack's leadership is grounded in a passion for
empowering others, building stronger communities, and inspiring change that lasts.
Mike Callahan
District 5810
Mike Callahan is a dedicated small business owner of Farmers Insurance, running the Callahan Agency in Garland, TX. Mike and his wife Jill have been residents of Collin County for over forty years, where they raised their three children Tara, Shae, and Matthew in Allen.
In addition to running his own business, Mike has been an active member of the East Dallas Rotary Club and currently serves at the Prestonwood Rotary Club. He has devoted over 36 years to Rotary service, currently in his sixth year as Assistant Governor and has served as the AG Coordinator for Rotary’s District 5810. He was also his club’s RYLA chair for more than twenty-five years. Furthermore, he has been elected to be the District Governor for the Rotary year 2026-2027.
Mike's engagement extends to the North Texas soccer community, where he held the position of President of Texas Spurs Football Club for many years. He is an alumnus of East Texas A&M University and serves as Director Emeritus on the board of directors of their Alumni Association. His commitment also includes involvement with the Knights of Columbus and the Welcome Ministry at St Jude Catholic Church in Allen.
Additionally, Mike and Jill are passionate about dog rescue, particularly with DFW Boxer Rescue, having adopted several foster dogs. Currently, they care for boxers numbered 5, 6, and 7. In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending quality time with his family and pets, and he likes to play golf whenever possible.
Jeff Coleman

Jeff is a native Texan who has lived throughout the state, primarily growing up in Corpus Christi. He graduated with a BA in Political Science from Corpus Christi State University in 1988. In 1997, he and his wife, Shannon, moved from Corpus Christi to Central Texas, and in 2001, they settled in Pflugerville. They have three grown children, two sons-in-law, and three beautiful grandchildren.
Since 2000, Jeff has owned an independent State Farm Insurance Agency in Pflugerville, which has received the prestigious Chairman's Circle award six times and earned the designation of Crystal of Excellence Agent.
Jeff has a long history of community service in various volunteer roles. He is particularly proud of his 9.5 years as Mayor of Pflugerville, during which the city's population grew from 35,000 to 60,000. In 2016, Pflugerville was recognized as the 12th best city in America for populations between 50,000 and 300,000.
He joined the Rotary Club of Pflugerville in 2000 and has served as a three-time Past President, as well as a Board Member and participant in various committees and club projects. At the district level, he has held positions as District Project Coordinator, District Insurance Representative, and Membership Committee Liaison.
Jeff is a proud supporter of The Rotary Foundation, holding several honors, including Major Donor Level 3, Bequest Society Level 3, Paul Harris Society Member, and Polio Plus Society Member.
Angie Cox
District 5790
Angie joined Rotary in 1998 and is a proud member of the Lewisville Noon Rotary Club.
Angie has served in several areas of leadership including, President of the Club, AG, and District Community Service Co-Chair.
She has been married to her husband, Stewart, for 30 years. They have lived in Flower Mound for 29 years and own their own residential and commercial cleaning company. She works as branch manager and escrow officer for Allegiance Title in Flower Mound. They have 4 kids, one granddaughter and 3 grand-dogs.
Angie has been a leader in her community serving on various nonprofit boards and serving on the LISD School Board and Denton County Appraisal Review Board.
Angie enjoys serving her community and others and in her spare time a getaway at their lake house in Texoma.
Rotary has played a very pivotal role in shaping her leadership journey and enhancing her professional skills. Through service projects, committee work, and leadership roles, she has gained valuable experience in team building, strategic planning, public speaking, and community engagement.

Dr. Pat Fountain

Dr. Patrick D. “Pat” Fountain, a Past President and member of the Ada (OK) Rotary Club is honored to be serving as the District 5770 Governor for 2026-27. His Rotary affiliation goes back to 1983 when he attended the University of Queensland (UQ) on a Rotary Graduate Fellowship. It was a life-changing experience. He and his wife Usha both joined the Ada Rotary Club in 2002.
Pat is a retired educator following a career in higher education spanning parts of 5 decades. His last position was serving as a tenured professor of business administration at East Central University (ECU) in his hometown of Ada, OK. Usha is a retired professor of Counselling Education from ECU. She grew up in the Fiji Islands. The two met in Australia when Pat returned to UQ in 1987 to finish the master’s degree he stared in 1983. They have been married since 1993 and have an adult son, Nathan.
As Rotarians Pat and Usha, have been host parents for exchange students from Burma, Brazil and Kyrgyzstan; hosted two members of group study exchange teams from Finland, France, Japan, Australia and Italy; and participated in the international convention in Sydney, Australia as well as many district and local events. Pat has served on committees on the club and district levels.
He has served as the President of several academic and other organizations and has been recognized as Oklahoma’s Civic Engagement Professional of the Year by Oklahoma Campus Compact and was named Marketing Educator of the Year by the Association of Collegiate Marketing Educators. He is a life long scouter and has received the Silver Beaver Award. He is currently an active member of Scouting America’s International Committee among other positions.
Camille Hamilton
District 5890
Camille joined the Willowbrook Rotary in 2002. In 2006, she transferred to the Rotary Club of Tomball. She was given Rotarian of the Year by her club three times. Camille served as Assistant Governor from 2019 through 2022. She was named AG of the Year in for 2020 – 2021. In December 2023, Camille was selected to be District Governor for Rotary District 5890 to serve in 2026 - 2027. Camille also served as Chief of Staff of Committees for District 5890.
Camille Hamilton, Owner of CMIT Solutions/Northwest Houston Suburbs, has over 40 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. She is respected by her peers in the CMIT franchise system. She has won the prestigious President’s Award and Franchisee of the Year Award by the franchise system. Camille was recently inducted into the CMIT Hall of Fame.
Camille also serves the board of Families Feeding Families, a non-profit that provides a Thanksgiving meal for people in need on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The event also provides free haircuts and flu shots for the guests. There are clothes, toys and canned goods at the event for guests to take home. She is an original member of the board when the first event occurred in 2011.
Diane Kavanaugh
District 5830
District 5830 Governor Elect Diane Kavanaugh joined the South Tyler Rotary Club in 2014 and was Club President in 2020-2021. Diane served as District 5830 Assistant Governor from 2021-2024. She is a Paul Harris Fellow +8, Major Donor Level 1, and Bequest Society Level 1.
Diane works in the nonprofit field as the Finance and Administration Director at PATH (People Attempting to Help) in Tyler. She has over 30 years leadership development with nonprofit and civic organizations including PATH, Rotary, Discovery Science Place, Jaycees, HOBY and the American Association of University Women Tyler Branch. She is a graduate of Leadership Tyler Class 28.
Diane and her husband, Jon, have been married since 2011. They live in Tyler with their two cats, Orion and Leo. Diane and Jon are outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy hiking and camping. They have a goal of visiting all 89 Texas State Parks.
Bobby Martinez
District 5840
Robert ( Bobby ) Martinez has been in Rotary for over 11 years in the Club of Poteet, Tx. He has served as club president for 2 years, assistant district governor, district polio co- chair, district foundation team and now in the district governor line from district nominee designate, district nominee and now district governor elect.
He has been involved with several organizations in Poteet including the Poteet Strawberry Festival for over 40 years and has served on the board of directors as well as activity and media chairman for over 15 years.
He has been married for over 29 years to wife Denise and has 3 children and 2 grandchildren.
Jackie Mellen

Jackie Mellen has been an active Rotarian since 2014, inspired to join after attending the Rotary International Convention with her husband and witnessing Rotary’s global impact. A past president of the Midland West Rotary Club (2021–2022), Jackie is especially passionate about youth leadership. She sponsors Interact Clubs at Legacy High School and the Young Women’s Leadership Academy, mentoring over 300 students each year. The YWLA Interact Club received the 2023 Youth in Philanthropy Award under her guidance.
Jackie has served in multiple district roles, including Assistant Governor, District Youth Services Chair, and District Conference Chair, and has received honors by her club such as Rotarian of the Year and Outstanding Woman in Rotary. She co-owns Maverick Engineering with her husband Andrew in Midland, Texas. Their daughter Natalie is continuing her studies at the University of Texas at Dallas. Jackie’s charity of choice is The Rotary Foundation. Jackie and Andrew are Paul Harris Fellows and Bequest Society members.
Originally from Colorado, Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Business and Marketing from New Mexico State University and Arizona State University. Both Jackie and Andrew are multiple Paul Harris Fellows and members of the Bequest Society of The Rotary Foundation Endowment Fund.
Phil Shackelford
District 5910
Phil Shackelford has called the Brazos Valley his home since 2002 with only a couple of brief stints that took him to Austin and West Texas. Raised in Plainview, TX, Phil graduated from Plainview High School and attained the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America before continuing his education at Texas A&M University.
Phil currently owns Shackelford Consulting, a government affairs firm focused on grant writing and government consulting, which has a successful track record of securing funding for meaningful infrastructure projects across the Brazos Valley and navigating government at every level. Prior to that, Phil served as the Associate Director of the Blinn College Foundation and Alumni Relations also holding the distinction of overseeing and developing the most successful fundraising event in the over 135 year history of Blinn College.
Phil also previously worked for Congressman Chet Edwards as a field representative in a five county area including Burleson, Grimes, Madison, Robertson and Brazos Counties. Every day in the Congressional Office could range from working with local officials on transportation or public safety projects, to providing aid for a downed grain elevator in Calvert, TX, to tracking over $243 Million in innovative research at Texas A&M.
After his time on Congressional Staff, Phil established a consulting firm with clients ranging from many local elected officials, local non-profit organizations, and many other projects. Throughout his time in business and government service, Phil has worked diligently on campaigns and policy at the local, state, and federal level in various capacities.
Phil currently serves as Past Board Chair of the Bryan College Station Chamber of Commerce, Co-Chair of the Legislative Affairs Committee, Rotary District 5910 District Governor Nominee, and is a past President and proud member of the Rotary Club of Aggieland.
