Vicki Puliz
Rotary International Director 2021-2023
 
Vicki serves as the Rotary International Director for the term 2021-2023, one of 17 directors from around the world. In 2022-2023, Vicki is a member of the Board’s Executive Committee, chair of the RI Participant Experience/Program Committee, and Board liaison to the RI Strategic Planning Committee and Youth Advisory Council.  A proud member of the Rotary Club of Sparks, Nevada, Vicki served as club president in 2004-2005, as Governor for District 5190 in 2013-2014, and as a Rotary Public Image Coordinator 2016-2019.
 
Vicki’s passion for leadership development has led to involvement in many aspects of education and development including District Trainer for District 5190,
 
International Assembly Training Leader, Governor Elect Training Seminar (GETS) chair, and faculty and Education Chair for Far West President Elect Training (PETS).
 
Her most impactful experiences in Rotary are those involving youth: Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA), co-creation of a leadership program for 12–13-year-olds, Rotary Youth Exchange, and introduction of experiential team building processes to a RYLA camp in Benin, Africa. 
 
Vicki and her husband Tim participated in a National Immunization Day in northern India in 2009.  Giving those two precious drops to a 2-year-old child at a train station in Moradabad and other life changing experiences of the NID made polio eradication very personal to them both.
 
Vicki graduated from the University of Utah with a Marketing degree and Master of Business Administration and went on to own a commercial electrical contracting firm in northern Nevada for 19 years before merging it into a public traded entity. 
 
Vicki and Tim live in Reno, Nevada, at the base of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. Their blended family includes seven adult children, ten grandchildren, and three Rotary Youth Exchange daughters. Their interests include outdoor activities and general aviation. Vicki and Pilot Tim are members of the International Fellowship of Flying Rotarians. They support Our Rotary Foundation as Major Donors and members of the Paul Harris Society, Polio Plus Society, and the Bequest Society.

Stephanie A. Urchick
RI President 2024-2025
 
Stephanie Urchick is a member of the Rotary Club of McMurray, Pennsylvania, USA. She will serve RI as president in 2024-25. , She has been an RI director and Rotary Foundation trustee. She has served RI in numerous capacities, including as training leader, regional Rotary Foundation coordinator, and RI president’s representative. In addition, Stephanie was a representative and member-at-large to three sessions of the Council on Legislation.

Stephanie has also served as chair of the Rotary Strategic Planning Committee and The Rotary Foundation’s Centennial Celebration Committee, as well as a member of various Rotary committees, including the Election Review Committee and Operational Review Committee.

A Rotary member since 1991, Stephanie has participated in a variety of international service projects, including National Immunization Days in India and Nigeria. In Vietnam, she worked with clubs to help build a primary school and travelled to the Dominican Republic to install water filters. A student of several Slavic languages, she has mentored new Rotary members in Ukraine and coordinated a Rotary Foundation grant for a mammography equipment and a biopsy unit for a hospital in Poland. In its commemorative book, the Rotary Club of Krakow, Poland, noted Stephanie as a key figure for helping the re-birth of Rotary in post-Communist Poland.

Currently, Stephanie is helping to partner clubs and districts in the U.S. with Rotary clubs in Albania, Kosovo, and Ukraine for humanitarian and educational services.

Stephanie’s professional background is in the higher education, consulting, and entertainment industries. She received her doctorate degree in Leadership Studies from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has been recognized and awarded by The Rotary Foundation and numerous community and international organizations.

Greg is a retired C.P.A. (Certified Public Accountant) and a P.F.S. (Personal Financial Specialist) having operated his own practice since June 1979. He was also the President and owner of a very large metal fabrication firm for the telecommunication industry, an international healthcare software development firm, a consultant to CPA firms internationally and a professor at Arizona State University in the Master of Taxation program.
 
Greg became a Rotarian in May 1982 and is a member of the Evergreen Rotary Club.  He has had the true honor and privilege to serve Rotary in many capacities, including two years as a Rotary International Training Leader, a Rotary Foundation Future Vision Training Leader, chairing five Zone Institutes and a Rotary International Presidential Membership Conference.
 
He has served regionally 3-year terms as a Regional Rotary Foundation Coordinator, a Rotary Coordinator and as a Rotary Foundation Major Gifts Advisor where he established his District’s Million Dollar Dinner raising over $3,100,000 for the Rotary Foundation in one night.
 
During the Rotary year 2014 – 2015, in addition to his duties as a Rotary International Director, Greg chaired the Rotary Audit Committee, the Rotary Board Council on Legislation Advisory Committee, and the Service Above Self Award Selection Committee. He also served as a member of the Rotary Board Programs Committee, Council and Board Committee and Rotary International District Governor / Director Allocation Committee.  Greg and Pam also served two years as Rotary International Director – Elect trainers.
 
During the Rotary year 2015 – 2016, Greg served as the Vice President of Rotary International and a member of the Executive Committee, Strategic Planning Committee, Council and Board Committee and the Workgroup to examine Rotary’s current International Convention model.  After completing a 5-year term on the Rotary International Operations Review Committee, Chair of the Board of the Rotary Vocational Fund of Arizona, Greg is currently serving a 6-year term as a Trustee of the Rotary Foundation.
 
In addition to his duties as a Rotary Foundation Trustee, Greg has served as a member the Investment Committee, Rotary Foundation Finance Committee, Programs Committee, Liaison to the Operations Review Committee and Rotary Foundation Trustee – Elect Trainer.  For the Rotary year 2023 – 2024, he will serve as Chair of the Investment Committee, Chair of the Rotary Foundation Finance Committee, Trustee Representative to the Council on Legislation, Liaison to the Board of Directors of Rotary International and the Technology Committee.
 
Greg is the recipient of the Service Above Self Award and The Rotary Foundation Citation for Meritorious Service Award.  Greg and his wife Pam have been married for 48 years, and have three beautiful children; Kyle (Jessi), Melanie (Matt) and Bryan and four very special grandchildren; Carter, Madison, Payton and Vivian.  All members of the family are Paul Harris Fellows with Greg and Pam being Multi Paul Harris Fellows, Paul Harris Society Members, Rotary Foundation Sustaining Member, Bequest Society Members, and Major Donors.  In addition, Greg and Pam are both Arch C. Klumph Society Members.

Red Steagall
The Great American Storyteller
 
The entertainment career of Red Steagall has covered a period of over 45 years and has spanned the globe from Australia to the Middle East, to South America and to the Far East.  He has performed for heads of state including a special party for President Reagan at the White House in l983, plus three overseas tours to the Middle East, the Far East, Europe, Australia, and South America. As a native Texan, Red Steagall enjoyed a career in Agricultural Chemistry after graduating from West Texas A&M University with a degree in Animal Science and Agronomy.  He then spent eight years as a music industry executive in Hollywood, California and has spent the last thirty-seven years as a recording artist, songwriter, and television and motion picture personality.  He currently ranches outside of Fort Worth, Texas where in addition to his entertainment activities; he is involved in numerous horse related activities.
 
Although Red Steagall is best known for his wonderful Texas Swing dance music and such songs as "Here We Go Again", "Party Dolls and Wine", "Freckles Brown", and "Lone Star Beer and Bob Wills Music", he also is beloved by Texas cowboys for the quiet times they have spent with him around chuck wagon campfires.  In their opinion, the public has never heard Red Steagall’s best music.  And, if you ask Red where his favorite place to play music is, he might say The White House, some famous stage in Nashville, California, Spain, or Germany - or he might say at some lonesome cow camp in West Texas.
Songwriter – Steagall has had over 200 of his compositions recorded both by him and other artists.
 
Recording Artist - He has recorded 26 consecutive singles that tracked on the national charts and released a total of twenty two albums. Red’s 24th album, CLASSIC RED STEAGALL was released in September, 2014.
 
In 2009 Red launched his television show, IN THE BUNKHOUSE WITH RED STEAGALL, seen on RFD TV.  It ran for four years. His current show on RFD TV is entitled RED STEAGALL IS SOMEWHERE WEST OF WALL STREET.   In January of 2004, Red was inducted into the Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame.  He was the recipient of the prestigious Spirit of Texas award.  The Texas State Legislature named Red Steagall the Official Cowboy Poet of Texas in April of l99l.
 
Special Awards - Red Steagall’s music has been the winner of 8 Wrangler Awards from the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City.  The first time, for Best Original Music honoring his l993 Warner Western album, BORN TO THIS LAND. In l995 he received the Best Original Music Wrangler for his Warner Western album, FAITH AND VALUES. In 1997 for Best Original Music, his Warner Western album, DEAR MAMA, I’M A COWBOY was recognized. His 4th project with Warner Western, LOVE OF THE WEST, won the Wrangler for Best Traditional Music for 1999. In the fall of 2002, Red released his 20th album, a Western  Jubilee Recording, entitled WAGON TRACKS. This multi-generational journey from the shores of Ireland across frontier America, as told in story and song, received the Wrangler for Best Traditional Music. In April of 2006, Red was presented with another Wrangler award for best original music for his song, HOW GREEN WAS THE GRAZIN’ BACK THEN from his release, THE WIND, THE WIRE AND THE RAIL, from Wildcatter Records.  In 2008, DAWSON LEGATE, from his Wildcatter Record HERE WE GO AGAIN won a Wrangler Award -  Red's 7th - and in 2009, A COWBOY'Sagricultural notables.
